Mind Body Health is a Wellbeing Gym founded in 2019 by former Professional Rugby League player Stephen Wild. It created a comprehensive problem designed to improve strength, stamina, happiness, confidence, energy levels, sleep, motivation, work-life balance, mindset - all the things in your life that are actually important! In collaboration with Stephen Wild and the Mind Body Health program, we have developed the wellbeing courses into Computer Based Training modules that can be completed in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. Whilst these can be completed as part of a regimented program with the Mind Body Health Gym, they are all unique, standalone modules that can be booked for individuals or companies.
